The Ministry of Health says a patient in Northern BC is being tested for the deadly Ebola virus.
They wouldn’t say who the patient is or where they were being tested, only that they are one of several that they have been monitoring, who has recently returned from working in West Africa.
The Ministry’s statement concludes saying they would alert the public immediately if the virus posed any threat.
They expect the results Thursday or Friday.
