A winter storm warning is still in effect for the Prince George area.
Up to 10 more cm is expected to fall today, with freezing rain forecast for the North Cariboo region.
If you’re driving on Hwy 16, be advised that the snow is causing a travel advisory from priestly hill all the way to Terrace.
In Prince George, City crews have been working overnight clearing main areas in the downtown core and Carter Industrial area, though many side routes around the city are still deep under snow.
