A Prince George man suspected of crimes in the Cariboo has been arrested.
On Thursday before 4:30PM, RCMP received a report of a stolen vehicle out of the Northern capital and the man is believed to be involved in a series of attempted thefts in Williams Lake and surrounding areas.
“Williams Lake police observed the vehicle on Highway 97 near the Ferguson Road area at Lac La Hache,” says North District RCMP Corporal Madonna Saunderson.
“They did a vehicle stop and the suspect was arrested without incident.”
RCMP officers from 100 Mile House also responded.
No other details are being released at this time and Corporal Saunderson adds the investigation is on-going.
