CNC’s Board of Governors voted Friday in favour of a 2% increase in tuition and fees across the board.
The bump will generate about $115,000 in extra revenue next year, on average each class should see a $5 increase.
The increase is to adjust for inflation and the rising cost of doing business.
CNC President Henry Resier noted that, “Even with the increase, CNC will remain one of the most affordable post-secondary institutions is all of BC”
The college made a similar tuition hike last year.
