Prince George is now under a thunderstorms warning.
Environment Canada issued a watch earlier today but has since upgraded it due to a stretch of thunderstorms between PG and Quesnel.
The storm is approaching Highway 97 at speeds of 20 km/h.
Residents could experience strong winds, nickel sized hail and heavy rain.
