Make-A-Wish BC has given a boost to a 17-year-old girl with cystic fibrosis.
Courtney Riedel received a Fraserway RV to help her with traveling and exploring the north along with creating memorable moments.
Riedel has had cystic fibrosis since she was born and has been in and out of hospitals most her life.
She says she’s happy to receive the RV and hopes it helps make her feel a bit better.
“I would like to see my health go up. I’m actually not the best right now but I’ll get up there and hopefully by being out and getting a chance to go to the cabin, with all the activities we do it does help my lungs so it’s nice to be able to go up there and have a place to stay.”
Courtney says she loves nature and exploring and will likely travel up to Cluculz Lake to spend time with friend and family.
