No injuries were reported after a fire broke out in the upper portion of a four plex structure.
Fire crews responded to the blaze located at the 3800 block of Westwood Drive at 11:50am.
Two people in the suite were able to get out unharmed, while occupants in another suite also escaped unscathed.
When crews arrived heavy smoke could be seen coming from all four sides of the upper part of the building and they were able to extinguish the flames.

The extent of the damage is estimated to be $250,000.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
