The International Extreme Ice Racing Championships are coming to the CN Centre on January 18th.
The night will see riders from all over the world compete in the first event of the year for the circuit on modified bikes and ATVs.
3 time world champion Anthony Barlow says the action can get intense;
“If you put a motorcycle in a hockey rink going 50 miles an hour, and 6 of them in the main event, there is going to be some crashes. You have guys from all over the world competing for the international ice racing championship at the end of the season; round one is in Prince George, which is going to be a good one because everyone is still getting used to the ice after not riding on it all year”
Tickets are 15 for kids, 25 for adults through Ticketmaster.
