A new bylaw has passed first and second readings that would close a portion of 6th Avenue in downtown Prince George between Dominion Street and Quebec Street.
The closure would give the city the ability combine that section of road with another city-owned property in a sale to Mundi Hotel Enterprises.
Mayor Lyn Hall stresses this is still very early in the process and that more information and reaction will be made available at a later date.
