UPDATE:
Drive BC says Highway 97 has re-opened in both directions along the Pine Pass.
This comes hours after a vehicle incident took place 70 kilometres south of the Highway 29 junction in Chetwynd.

Highway 97 North is closed in both directions 70 kilometres south of Highway 29, between McLead Lake and Chetwynd
This is due to a single vehicle incident that took place earlier this evening.
There’s no detour in place and the estimated time to reopen is 10pm.
