With mental health awareness week just around the corner its worth noting that a pair of UNBC professors recently published a new book that details the effects and understanding of mental health issues.
Health Sciences professors Henry Harder and Shannon Wagner came together to write about the important issue, which specifically addresses the problem in the workplace
Covering everything from depression and anxiety to post traumatic stress disorder, it gives in-depth insight on the impact it has on productivity and social settings in the workplace and ideas for creating a healthy environment.
The book is available in e-reader or hard copy format now and mental health week starts on October the 5th.
