Prince George goalie Evan DeBrouwer stopped all 29 shots he faced Friday night as he backed the Spruce Kings (8-5-2-3) to a 3-0 victory over Chilliwack.
Ben Brar notched two third period goals, one on the powerplay and an empty netter.
The other Spruce Kings goal came off the stick of Shawn Kennedy.
PG went one-for-two with the man-advantage and needed just one penalty kill, while out-shooting the Chiefs, 31-29.

DeBrouwer and Brar earned first and third stars of the game, respectively, while Luc Salem’s first career BCHL point gave him second star.
The win puts the Spruce Kings within one point of Langley, who they play tonight at 7, with first place in the Mainland Division on the line.
