The Rotary Club of Prince George is gearing up for its 6th annual Big Blue Ball Fundraiser.
All the money raised goes towards men’s health programs and community projects around the city.
In previous years contributions have included the Prince George Prostate Cancer Support Group as well as a wing in the Ketso Yoh shelter and emergency housing for marginalized men.
Rotery spokesperson Ross Birchall says the club has made a few changes to this years event.
“We’ve actually switched to a roaming dinner concept. The Coast Inn of the North has been wonderful in preparing basically different foods stations and pairing with B.C. Craft Beer. And this year we are also adding B.C. craft distilleries.”
The Big Blue Ball has already raised over $200,000.
The event will take place on October 28th and to find out how much tickets are you can click here
