With teachers heading to vote on whether or not they agree with the components of the new tentative bargaining deal on Thursday, school superintendents have been hard at work preparing for what is very likely the start of the school year.
If the teachers vote to ratify the agreement that was reached on Tuesday, it will most likely only take them the weekend before they will be back in the classroom on Monday.
On Tuesday, Education Minister Peter Fassbender promised that the two weeks of school that have been lost will be made up and that school districts will balance the semesters in order to do so.
