Deliberations to a verdict took a pause this morning at Cody Legebokoff’s murder trial.
Last night, the jury had asked for clarification on the laws surrounding sexual assault and requested to hear a repeat of specific testimony Legebokoff gave over Natasha Montgomery.
The court played a recording of Legebokoff’s testimony to address the jury’s concerns on exactly how he answered questions posed to him during cross-examination.
They will then either ask for more evidence to be repeated, or return to deliberating to a unanimous verdict which is expected later today.
