Environment Canada‘s 10cm snowfall warning seems to have been a bit premature.
Temperatures have climbed above zero, so Prince George has seen a mix of rain and snow in the Bowl. There has been some snow on the Hart as well.
Temperatures should dip below 0 C this evening with 10 to 15 cm of snow in the forecast.
DriveBC has warnings for Highway 97 and Highway 16 in both directions. Drive carefully as both have slippery sections in and around Prince George.
