Air quality advisory continues for Prince George

The air quality advisory continues for the Prince George region.
The Ministry of Environment has extended the advisory due to heavy forest fire smoke, which is expected to be heavy at times Wednesday night.
Ralph Adams advises anyone with chronic illness to postpone strenuous outdoor activity until the advisory is lifted.
Dr. William Osei with Northern Health suggests getting out somewhere indoors for some activity, be it light like a visit to the mall, or to the pool or Northern Health Centre.
The advisory will be updated Thursday morning.
