UPDATE: Environment Canada ended the statement early Sunday afternoon.
Environment Canada expects these areas to get between 25 mm and 75 mm of rain between Sunday morning and Tuesday. We could also see thunderstorms.
The statement was made just after 4 AM Sunday.
