Business Women in Northern BC get Expert Help

Business Women in the North are about to get a leg up on the competition.

The Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Northern Development are launching a 1-on-1 mentorship program to help business women in the region take their companies to the next level.

“We have already some commitment from incredible business leaders from across the province who have put their name forward to mentor a woman entrepreneur from these regions” said FWE General Manager Lisa Niemetscheck.

25 female entrepreneurs from across Northern BC will be selected for the valuable opportunity.

“This is normally a program that would cost $500 for the year” “but thanks to Northern Development Initiative Trust, who is subsidizing the cost, a woman entrepreneur will only need to pay $100 total for one full year of mentorship.”

Applications for the program are being accepted until November 30th. To apply, visit the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs Website.
