The 15th Annual ‘Ut’loo Noye Khunni – Weaving Words Celebration is scheduled for this week at UNBC and other venues in Prince George.
This year’s theme, Story Forward: Journeying with You(th), emphasizes the transformative power of storytelling in envisioning futures that honour Indigenous knowledge and perspectives.
The festival features a diverse lineup of authors and artists, whose participating underscores the event’s commitment to celebrating stories for and by youth, highlighting the role of storytelling in fostering cultural exchange and community engagement.
All events are free of charge and open to the public.
