The Cougars also began their weekend road trip with a 3-2 victory over the Kelowna Rockets in regulation last night.

Tonight at 6, the Cougars will be in Kamloops to face off against the Blazers.

After being down 2-0 through two periods, the Prince George Spruce Kings clawed back, taking a 3-2 overtime win over the Coquitlam Express.

The U-18 Cariboo Cougars are on the road, hitting the ice tomorrow against the Fraser Valley Thunderbirds.

Canada West Basketball:

The UNBC Timberwolves men’s team suffer a 76-66 loss on the road to the Trinity Western Spartans yesterday.

The women’s team also fell to the Spartans yesterday 70-63.

Both teams take on the Spartans today, with the women’s game at 4:00pm, and the men’s game at 6:00pm.
