PG man taken to Kelowna hospital following brain bleed; Go Fund Me launched

A Go Fund me has been started to assist a Prince George family in need this holiday season.

On December 4th, Tylor Miller suffered a sudden brain bleed and had to be airlifted to Kelowna for emergency treatment.

Doctors were able to drain the pressure and locate the bleed, but Tylor remains in an induced coma, fighting for his life.

Along with the stress of his condition, page organizer Kathleen Saarela says the family is facing the costs of travel, accommodations, meals, and time away from work.

In addition, Tylor’s recovery will likely involve extensive rehabilitation and ongoing medical care.

So far, $975 has been raised, with a fundraising goal of $10,000.
