The Cougars will have today off as they hit the road, starting in Langley on Sunday against the Vancouver Giants, with puck drop at 4:00 pm.

The Prince George Spruce Kings are back home at Kopar Memorial Arena to host the Spruce Grove Saints at 6:00 tonight.

BC Elite Hockey League:
The U18 Cariboo Cougars are in Abbotsford this weekend taking on the Greater Vancouver Canadians at 10:30 this morning.
They remain in Abbotsford tomorrow morning to face off against the Thompson Blazers at 9:30.

Canada West Basketball:
The first win of the season continues to evade the UNBC Timberwolves men’s team, as they fell to the UBC Okanagan Heat 84-74 at home.
As for the UNBC Timberwolves women’s team snapped their four-game losing streak at home against the UBC Okanagan Heat 64-55.
Both teams play again at home tonight (Saturday), with the women’s game at 5:00 and men’s at 7:00.
