Today (Saturday) is election day in the province.
Elections BC said three daily voting records were broken during advance voting, while also breaking the overall advance voting record with over one million ballots cast.
Communications Director, Andrew Watson explains what voters should keep in mind when going to the polls.
“Voters are reminded to bring ID with them to the polls, and it does help to bring that ‘where to vote’ card that we sent to them, although that’s not required.”
Polls will be open until 8:00 tonight, with free transit in Prince George, Smithers and around the province.
The full list of polling stations can be found on Elections BC’s website here.
