Police in Dawson Creek have confirmed the human remains discovered on 219 Road in April are of those of Darylyn Supernant.
She was last seen in March of 2023 and was reported missing to the RCMP.
Supernant’s identification comes roughly three weeks after the remains of her cousin Renee Didier were found May 18th near the Kiskatinaw River, west of Highway 97.
Didier was last seen on December 2nd.
Both are part of a string of missing persons cases that have plagued the community near the Alberta-border.
Also missing are Dave Daniel Domingo, a 24-year-old man who was reported to be last seen near the city dating back to August 29th when police responded to what was classified as a possible shooting.
Cole Hosack, a 24-year-old man from Prince George was last seen at the Lonestar Bar on New Year’s Eve. The investigation into both matters remain ongoing.
