Boston  2  Florida  1  (The Panthers lead 3-2)

There is one Stanley Cup playoff game tonight (Wednesday 5:00) as Colorado has its season on the line when they visit Dallas. The Stars lead 3-1.

Canada 7  Austria  6  (OT)

Canada led 6-1 after two periods but needed a John Tavares goal in overtime to win the game and improve its record to 3-0.

Canada will play its 4th round robin game Thursday (11:20 AM) against Norway.

WHL:

Moose Jaw  4  Portland  3  (OT)

Brayden Schuurman scored at 2:20 of overtime to give the Warriors a commanding 3-0 lead in the Championship Series.

The Warriors won the first two games in Portland 3-2 on Friday and 5-1 on Saturday.

The Hershey Bears, the AHL farm club of the Washington Capitals, have signed Prince George Cougars sniper Zac Funk to an amateur tryout agreement.

The 20-year-old Funk, in his final WHL season, was second in league scoring with 123 points and first in goals with 67.

Funk was signed by the Capitals on March 1 to a three-year, entry-level contract that begins in the 2024-25 season.

 

BCHL:

Penticton  4  Salmon Arm  3  (Vees win Interior Division Final 4-3)

The Vees trailed 3-2 but scored twice in the final 30 seconds of the third period to win it.
