The Prince George Kodiaks will have representation in the national CFC Prospects Game.
Defensive Back Peyton Briere was one of 75 high school players from across Canada to be selected to play in the game, which will be broadcast on TSN.
“Peyton is a very talented football player that has put the work in to be successful on the field,” said Kodiaks Vice-President Scott Stoughton.
“It’s a proud moment to see one of our own be selected for such a high profile event.”

Briere played for the Kodiaks in the CJFL last year, while being in grade 11.
The game will be played May 31st at 8:15 am.
