If you’ve ever thought about becoming a yoga instructor now is as good a time as any to do so.
“Yoga University” is coming to PG, and a pair of yogi’s are leading the charge.
This includes Sufey Chen, who has lead the organization thru many retreats in several different countries.
Chen says the Prince George model provides a space for a deep personal transformation:
“Because we believe that as teachers you teach by demonstrating the living the practices of yoga, and what we are here to do is facilitate that space for that stage for people to go through their own transformations.”
Chen says the 8 weekend course starts on Sept 5th and is great for yoga instructors, but also for those looking for self study.
It’s being held in a home in College Heights, with $3,000 dollars tuition before September 1st and $3,500 after.
