A big day for the Canadian Mental Health Association in Prince George as they celebrate both 50 years of service and the opening of their new location.
Executive Director Maureen Davis says they can now offer new services and training courses at their space on 3rd Avenue.
Davis says they will also offer courses on mental health first aid, living life to the fullest, and getting a job.
She says there has been a growth in people’s acceptance of mental health in Prince George over the last 50 years.
