It will be a lot wetter around Prince George this week.
Lisa Coldwells with Environment Canada says showers are expected today and will remain most of the week.
“We are looking at 5 to 10 millimetres today and over the rest of week every-time a shower comes through there is a good chance we will get around 5 millimetres.”
The wet conditions should be welcome news for those battling forest fires, working construction or in forestry.
Rain showers are expected most of the week with a bit of a break on Friday.
