Downtown Prince George will have a pair of new board members this year.
At their annual general meeting on June 14th, the 2023-24 volunteer Board of Directors was appointed.
Joining the board are Tiffany Cranmer of the Ramada Prince George, and Allan Stroet with the Lheidli T’enneh.
They’ll join the seven returning directors:
- Kim Hayhurst (The Makerie)
- Shonda Shaw (F. Hausot Holdings Ltd.)
- John Kason (Fieldhouse Capital Management Inc.)
- Kirk Gable (Downtown Business Representative)
- Darren Low (City Furniture and Ashley HomeStore)
- Martin Krell (PG Farmer’s Market and Dominion Lending)
The continuation of the Board Executive was determined as:
- President – Eoin Foley (Nancy O’s, Betulla Burning, Birch and Boar Charcuterie and Provisions)
- Vice President – Dr. Reverend Bob Fillier (Trinity United Church)
- Treasurer – Derek Dougherty (KPMG LLP Canada)
- Secretary – Valerie Eberherr (MNP LLP)
“I want to extend my appreciation and thanks to our returning board members and welcome our newest directors,” Foley said.
“I am pleased to stay on as President to support our team in their efforts to promote our great businesses, coordinate cleaning services, host events and create more positive energy in our downtown.”
