A summer camp run by the Vanderhoof Y is seeking to peer into the creative minds of children.
Kristin Webster is Recreational coordinator, and says their “Creative Kids” daycamp is all about invention:
“This is one of the Y’s artistic programs for the week, it encourages kids to get out of their comfort zone, create their own games, invent new creations and make original commemorative crafts to take home each day”
She says there will also be a field trip on July 9th to Fort St. James for a Murder Mystery day.
Webster says registration is $50 for the week, or $10 a day for drop in, and the camps run all Summer long.
