If you see smoke over the airport on Saturday, don’t panic.
The airport will be holding a live fire training session during the day on Saturday (September 17th) from 7:00-4:00.
YXS is reminding neighbors that even though there may be dark smoke, the fires pose no risk and will be self contained in a controlled environment.
The training is being done as a part of recurrent training and certification programs.
