The Chief Economist for the Provincial Real Estate Association says Prince George and Northern B.C. will have a down year in 2015.
Cameron Muir believes the housing market should come back strong in 2016.
“Certainly expect to see a step back in overall demand this year but I think that is going to be short lived, so we’re a forecasting an overall increase of 10 percent in land unit sales.
