Fiddle music headed to Vanier Hall with the Prince George Symphony Orchestra

Daniel Lapp and Friends: A Celebration of Prince George Fiddling is a show coming to Vanier Hall on Saturday (April 2nd) at 7:30pm.

Lapp will be playing with the Prince George Symphony Orchestra (PGSO), as well as twelve BC fiddlers and folk musicians.

He said they’ll be covering multiple genres in fiddling, including Jazz, Quebecois, Irish and Scottish.

“Playing with the PGSO is something I have always wanted to do,” said Lapp.

“This is the second time the PGSO has taken to the stage since the pandemic, and being back to work feels great,” said PGSO Music Director Michael Hall.

Tickets are available on the PGSO website, or at the Studio 2880 office on 15th avenue.
