Prince George City Council will look at changing the definition of what counts as a residential rental unit tonight.
Councillors will decide if they want to amend the business license requirement for residential rentals from one to three units.
If the motion goes through, the city will refund around $184,000 to landlords who have already paid for a residential business licence fee.
Council will also get an update on the Connaught Hill Stairs project that’s expected to cost $615,000.
The meeting gets underway at six o’clock in council chambers.
