The Prince George RCMP have been noticing an increase in public reports of a group of men approaching members of the community with the purpose of trafficking drugs.

On Friday, Members of the RCMP and the North Districts Emergency Response Team moved in on a residence near 1st Avenue and Foothills Boulevard, aiming to locate a number of adult males.

These males were found within that residence and they were arrested for trafficking of a controlled substance.

The RCMP has noted that these individuals have recently all come to Prince George from the Lower Mainland and are believe to be involved in gang activity.
