PG civic operations see some changes

The City of Prince George has made some amendments to civic operations to better comply with regional public health orders.

  • Aquafit will resume November 8th. Participants will require proof of vaccination. There are no facility capacity restrictions.
  • School bookings will be administered in the same manner as public drop-in swimming.
  • Spectators are allowed for swim clubs and swimming lessons and will require proof of vaccination. Spectator seating will remain at half-capacity.
  • The number of participants allowed to walk on the CN Centre concourse as part of the public walking program has been reduced from 75 to 50.
  • User groups making use of civic facilities and arenas are required to have their own Covid-19 safety plan that includes vaccine passport checks. Attendance at the facilities is capped at 50%.
