Prince George RCMP Corporal Craig Douglass confirmed a one suspect has been arrested for the bear spray attack.
He says police were called to the grounds at 8:47 pm last night (Friday) and through investigation, located an 18-year-old male suspect found in possession of bear spray.
It is believed to be a targetted incident with one young adult being targetted, however, a group of nearby attendees ended up being impacted.
It is an ongoing investigation and police are asking anyone that was directly hit with the spray to contact the Prince George RCMP.
The suspect was released on documents for court in November 2021.

The Prince George RCMP were at the CN Centre grounds investigating multiple reports of a massive bear spray attack at the BC Northern Exhibition last night (Friday).
Multiple people reported on social media that immediately afterwards, a large group of attendees flooded out of the area.
Police said they were investigating the matter shortly before 9 pm.
It is still unknown just how many people were hit by the attack, more details to come.
BCNE Organizer, Sylvia Layzell says the matter was taken care of with the help of RCMP and West Coast Entertainment Security in a timely manner.
