A familiar face is coming back to the northern capital.
Glen Mikkelsen is on his way back to Prince George after a short stint as the General Manager of Venues and Events with the City of Cranbrook.
His last day in the Kootenays will be June 11th.
Mikkelsen will fulfill the role of Manager of Entertainment in his second tour of duty in PG.
“While only here for a short time, it was a true honour to work with Glen as he is a great coworker, but even more importantly Glen is a great person that I am extremely happy to have gotten to know and had the pleasure to work with. I wish nothing but the best for Glen in his future endeavors,” said Stacy Paulsen, City of Cranbrook Director of Recreation and Culture.
Last July, Mikkelsen was let go after his position as CN Centre Manager was eliminated due to the pandemic.
