$25,000 expected to be spent on prom and dry grad parties

Prince George high schools are well into the prom and dry grad season. Some secondary schools have already had their prom party, while others are still preparing for the big bash. Kelly Road Dry Grad Committee Chair Patty Sims says interest in the parties varies.

Sims says Dry Grad support sees about a 50-50 split at Kelly Road. She says they also hire a security company to make sure students are not coming to prom or dry grad with alcohol.
