Residents of Wednesday’s fire at a Westwood Drive apartment are still in shock over losing their homes.
Al and June Kromm have been married for 56 years and lived on the third floor.
They say a quick escape from the building would not have been possible without the help of their neighbours.
They say they will be meeting with the two men who saved them to give their thanks.
Along with other residents, the Kromms have echoed that the story to take away from all of this is how closely the community came together to help in their time of need.
