Prince George RCMP continue to search for missing man

The Prince George RCMP continue to investigate the disappearance of a 53-year-old man last seen on April 6th.

Stephen Brett Dobson, a PG resident, was last spoken to four days later on April 10th.

Police have requested the public’s help, as the information provided has not yet led to Dobson.

Investigators have learned that Dobson often spends time outdoors, and may have driven down forest service roads in the area towards Fort St. James, BC.

He is also known to frequent Northern Alberta, including Fort McMurray.

RCMP have described him as:

  • Caucasian
  • 183 cm (6’0″)
  • Greying short buzzed hair, possibly with a goatee
  • Brown eyes

Dobson is associated with a missing white Dodge D-350 pick-up truck.

The truck has BC licence plates reading EF2464. 

Anyone who knows where Dobson is or has a tip for RCMP is encouraged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
