Yesterday (Friday), the College of New Caledonia hosted a budget consultation, which was open to the public.
Only two presentations were given, one of which was from the CNC Student Union.
According to the Vice President of Finance of Corporate Services, Tara Szerencsci, CNC students suggested:
- increased course offerings
- more mental health services
- access to the campus on evenings and weekends
- social spaces for students
She added that one business faculty member expressed interest in improving programs that assist students in job searching post-graduation.
