The Prince George Community Foundation is in the midst of making its mark for its 20th anniversary.
TheĀ group is looking to make some changes to the Community Foundation Park on 7th Avenue.
Board President Ray Noonan says one of the first steps is getting the area deemed a park.
“It is green space and there is some room for a statue and artwork,” says Noonan, “and some use by community groups but we really like to enhance that.”
Noonan says one idea is to make itĀ usable for the city so more events can be held.
He also says, having a winter festival in the space has been floated around.
