Kopar Administration is putting on their fourth job fair, which will be held at their Prince George location at 150 Brunswick Street.
The fair will be taking place on April 10 (Wednesday). After usually being held in the morning, Kopar has changed it to 2:00 to 7:00 in the evening to accommodate the requests by many people interested in attending.
With 23 employers expected to be present at the event, people interested in attending are recommended to look the part as interviews are very likely to be conducted on the spot.
Operation Manager for Kopar, Ken Newell told MyPGNow that the fair is set up slightly differently than others that people may have attended in the past.
“What we do here is we actually put all of our employers into offices, and then individuals line up outside of the offices so you actually come in and have an interview with that employer.”
Newell adds that in the past they have usually had approximately 500 people come out to the fair.
With the opportunity for interviews, it’s recommended that people show up in professional clothing.
