The Prince George RCMP have issued a pair of arrest warrants following a shooting on the 2200 block of Quince Street.
In the afternoon of April 5, the Prince George RCMP received multiple reports of gunshots in the residential neighbourhood. Police believe this incident was a targeted attack between persons known to each other. The incident is also believed to be associated with the drug trade.
During the altercation, bear spray was deployed, followed by what police now believe to be a single gunshot. All of the individuals involved in the incident fled the area a short time after.
31-year-old Kyle Devro Teegee, one of the four suspects, was arrested nearby. He was found in an SUV shortly after the incident. Teegee was found to be suffering from a single, not life-threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Police located and arrested a second suspect, 26-year-old Anthony Joseph Karl Larsen, the following day at a residence on the 2100 block of Tamarack Street in Prince George.
Arrest warrants have been issued for the other two suspects involved in the case: Kenneth Ricardo Munroe and Eric Vern West.
Munroe is described as:
- First Nations male
- 33 year old
- 178 cm (5’10”)
- 73 kg (161 lbs)
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
- Tattoo of “KRM” on his neck
Munroe previously resided in Fort St. John, BC and Red Deer, Alberta.
West is described as:
- First Nations male
- 38 years old
- 180 cm (5’11”)
- 82 kg (180 lbs)
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
On Monday April 8, the BC Prosecution Service charged Teegee, Larsen, Kenneth Ricardo Munroe, and Eric Vern West with the following Criminal Code charges:
- Extortion with a firearm
- Attempted kidnapping
- Assault with a weapon
- Assault causing bodily harm
West has also been charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace.  Teegee has also been charged with obstructing a peace officer. Teegee will appear in Provincial Court on April 10, and Larson will appear in Provincial Court on April 17.
All four accused currently reside in Prince George and are said to be known to police.
