Former Prince George Barracudas swimmer Josiah Binnema won gold in the 100-metre fly at the Canadian Swimming Trials in Toronto.
Haley Black of P.G. earned silver in the 50-metre fly and also finished 4th in the 100 fly.
Ex Prince George Barracuda Danica Ludlow took bronze in the 400 free.
Binnema has been named to the FINA World Championship team heading to Gwangju, Korea July 21-28.

Black and Ludlow will be heading to Lima, Peru for the 2019 Pan American Games August 4-10.
Binnema and Black are currently training at the High Performance Centre in Vancouver.
Ludlow is attending the University of Calgary.
