A 26-year old Prince George woman, accused of biting part of the lip off of another woman, will find out this summer if she will go to trial.
Hailee Kowalchuk will be back in court for a Preliminary Inquiry beginning on August 9th.
Kowalchuk is charged with Aggravated Assault, Assault and Failing to Comply with a Probation Order.
Prince George RCMP went to a home on North Nechako Road just after 1-30 am back on January 25th.
Members say they found an adult female who was missing a portion of her bottom lip.
Paramedics transferred her to the hospital for treatment.
Investigators said at the time that they believed that there was a physical altercation between two persons known to each other.
RCMP said that alcohol was also a factor.
