A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle, Tuesday afternoon.
Prince George RCMP say at 4:55 they were called to Winnipeg St. between 9th and 11th Ave. to find a 79 year old woman had been hit by a vehicle.
The woman was taken to hospital, but succumbed to her injuries.
Police say the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
PG RCMP are asking any witnesses to come forward as a Collision Reconstructionist investigates the scene.
